EMIGRATION CLEARANCE
According to the Emigration Act of 1983, specific categories of Indian passport holders are obliged to obtain "Emigration Clearances" from the Protector of Emigrants (POE) office. This is where Alliance Recruitment Services LLP plays a crucial role!
People often find themselves unfamiliar with the paperwork, rules, and ever-changing regulatory requirements. Our offices maintain close communication with the Protector General of Emigrants (PGEs) and Protectors of Emigrants (POEs) to ensure that emigration clearance is granted to intending emigrants in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
